Hi there! My name is Oscar and I'm looking for a relaxing home. I am a gentle guy that is pretty laid back, but still enjoy going for daily walks. I do have some medical issues, so please speak with your adoption counselor about my needs. I did get neutered and have a dental here at the shelter, which is helping me feel better. I was in pretty rough shape when I arrived here and spent some time in foster care gaining enough wait for me to have surgery. The shelter has determined that I should not live with other dogs and will need a home without any canine friends. If you're looking for someone to binge watch Netflix with, I'm your boy! Please come and meet me today! I am about 12 years old and weigh 45 pounds

Here's  Oscar when he was first brought into the MCAS shelter - severly underweight with painful dental issues and thin hair/inflammed skin.
