My name is Roscoe. I am a pretty cool dude, ready for my next adventure! I really love to play fetch, and will even drop the ball at your feet for more play. Isn't that awesome? I have been very friendly with all the people I have met at the shelter. Sometimes I get so excited I even smile a bit! I know sit and down, and I am so smart I would love to learn more.
