Gretchen here! I'm a sweet little Dachshund lady looking for a new place to call my own. I'm a bit scared here at the shelter so it takes me a little time to warm up to new people and new situations. Once I've opened up, you'll see that I'm a loving, mellow lady who wants nothing more than to be close to my favorite people. However, because of my fearfulness, any children in my new home should be 12 years or older. As you can see, I've got a little extra weight on me, and I would love it if my new home would help me slim down to a healthier weight for my size! I'm about 6 years old and weigh 23 lbs - come say hi!
