Hi there, my name is Cocoa. Just like hot chocolate on a cold day, I've been a delightful little guy here at the shelter. I'm a Shih Tzu mix about 4 years old and 13lbs. I'll need a spa day to look my best because let's face it - being cute requires some effort. Evidently I can climb fences in search of companionship and entertainment so leaving me outside is not a good idea. My previous home left me outside a lot so now I'm looking for a home where I can be inside with my people. Ask to see me and we'll find out if we're a match.
