Hello, my name is Benny! Are you looking for an active, goofy, and smart dog to adopt? Well I might be the perfect companion for you! My shelter friends can't tell you what my background is but they have noticed I am ready for a new adventure! My adopters should be active, have no children under 16, be patient and have used positive methods to train dogs before. I am anxious in the shelter environment and by exhibiting stress I have been jumping up on people. The good news is that I already know some good tricks like sit, down, shake, and roll over! The other thing I need to share with you all is that I get really scared when someone is about to take away my food so a family who can teach me there is nothing to be afraid of will be important for my future. Please consider me! I am around 2 years old and weigh 66 pounds
