Hello there! My name is Taffy and I'm a sensitive lady looking for a quiet home. It's been overwhelming for me here at the shelter and I am having a hard time adjusting to all of this new stuff. Unfortunately my owner could no longer care for me and I have found myself here waiting for another loving home. The shelter staff has been told that I used to help my owner by alerting him of an on-coming seizure. Isn't that awesome? Anywho, I am looking for a relaxed home where I can relax and enjoy the good life. For that reason the shelter is asking for only families with children 11 years or older ask about me. I find it hard to trust new people, but once I do I am quite the clown and also very sweet and gentle. I hope you find me as endearing as my friends here do. Please come down and meet me today! I am about 6 years old and weigh 12 pounds.
