TRANSFERRED to Oregon Humane Society!
Available for adoption with Multnomah County Animal Services!
here's Newman's (aka Nu Nu) weblink at OHS
You guessed it, I am the cutest boy in this jointor shall I say handsome? I am Newman and I love to be active. I will need daily physical and mental exercise to keep happy and healthy. I’m a curious guy who likes going for walks so I can check everything out. I can be a handful for young kids and their excitement gets me excited so it would be best if I was with children who were around dogs previously or who are more mature. I will require a cat free home. I have a lot to offer the right person and am ready to find my forever home. I came to OHS from Mult. Co. Animal Services through the Second Chance Program.

Hi my name is New Orleans but you can call me Nu Nu. As you can see I got myself into a situation recently but the shelter health staff has been great helping me recover. Well to be honest I am the favorite of all the shelter staff.
I do have a few special needs like living in a house without a lot of stairs. Not much to ask considering how sweet and good natured I am.
I have kept my kennel clean this entire time so you know I have good house manners. What the shelter staff is not sure about is my dog and cat skills are so a safe and slow introduction would be important for my success. At around 2 years old and weighing in at 64 lbs I am ready to start my new life with you.

I'd like to thank My Veterinary team, and the MCAS shelter staff for the great care they gave to me! ...and on another note, did you happen to notice that the amputation line follows my natural brindle/white pattern? Personally, I think that's pretty cool, and makes me even more uniquely beautiful than my incredible blue eyes!
ps- I'm doing really well as a Tripod!
