My name is Lucy and I'm a fun loving girl that is looking for the same in my new family. I love rolling in grass, going for jogs and kissing everyone I meet! I'm so happy to be in a foster home but I really, really hope I find my forever home soon. I'm house trained, curious but calm with the cat and respectful of the resident dog. If you're looking for a dog that will stay off furniture I'll suggest you look elsewhere. I love to cuddle next to my people and would love nothing more than to be invited into bed with you. With that said, I can also settle nicely on the floor when asked... a couple of times. I may not be the fanciest looking girl at the shelter but my glowing personality is sure to make me the apple of your eye. Obedience classes are still highly recommended. Lucy has done amazing with learning new manner. It's rare that she will jump on the bed and lays next to the furniture now instead of on it. She is calm when asked to be and love to play. She really is doing great with how much energy she has. Give her a nice ball or rope toy and she will get all that extra energy out with a few helpful tosses. Life is complete joy in her eyes. She is enjoying her time here but is ready and eager to have her forever home! Don't worry she has plenty of big kisses ready for her new family!
