9/12/25 TILLY HAS been adopted and returned 2-3 times now in a short period of time

This is due to No fault of her own... unless you count being brought into the world as an active smart, needy breed, given no consistency in life, and  not getting what she needs in this world of clueless people and too many  homeless dogs... to succeed.

and on top of this unfortunately, she is STILL being adopted out "intact."    

PLEASE DO BETTER MCAS! Puppy TILLY deserves to be adopted to a  home with the assurance that she cannot be bought for $25 to possibly become a breeder dog. (and it would also be great if you could apply some better adoption screening for this pup)

MCAS needs to spay/neuter all dogs before adoption, especially the females Management is failing the animals and the community
