"BELL" "BIV" "BRANDY" "Devoe" BABY Guinea Pigs

ADOPTED!
Dec 2019

Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!
Adoption information
MCAS hours/ Location

Bell and his brothers Biv and Devoe- (now ya know) and sister Brandy. These boys are all pretty shy but very adorable and the perfect age for socializing. Devoe is the bravest of the brothers and they would be really happy if all adopted together or at least in pairs. We recommend an experienced owner who has had Guinea pigs before. Kids in the home who are handling them should be over the age of 8.

Brandy is an itty bitty sweet but shy little girl Guinea pig. She has not been handled a whole lot so is still fearful of people at times. She is looking for a home with kids over 8 and who has experience with Guinea pigs. She could probably get along with another female guinea pig if properly introduced.

I am Carver. My favorite hobby is exploring! I am a curious, smart dog and I already know sit and take treats gently. I would love to have a job to do or learn some new tricks to give my mind something to work on. I do not shy away from novel situations and if you can keep me mentally and physically stimulated, I will be your loving friend forever. If there are kids in my new home, they should be at least 8 years or older due to resource guarding. I will need to be the only dog in your home.
Carver is quite a "leaner" for affection and takes treats gently.

I am Tru, an active and playful mixed breed. You could call me the hands-on type but since I do not have hands I learn with my mouth. To an exuberant dog like me everything is a game, sometimes I just get so excited I will jump up and grab the first thing that looks like a toy. I am up for anything and ready to amaze my new family with my skills. I am looking for a family who does not take life too seriously that will be patient, positive and lift me to my potential of being a perfect pup! The shelter is recommending that any kids in the home be over the age of 5 years due to my jumpy/mouthy behaviors. Please come and meet me today!

I am Austin, the dog who is always prepared for a marathon - as long as it is a movie marathon. There is nothing I love more than a cozy, warm bed and some good company. We can sit on the couch together while you give me pets and attention. I am around 14 years old and weigh about 9lbs. Due to some fear and handling sensitivity, I would prefer a quite home. If there are kids, they should be at least 8 years old.

Tim here! I'm a handsome and athletic young mixed breed pup searching for my new home. As an active dog, I'd love a home that can keep up with me - I might enjoy hiking or going for runs. I'm also incredibly playful and love any toy I'm given. Watch me play and you'll notice that I play using my paws! I'm a goofy boy but sometimes get excited and jump up on people. I would love a to practice some training and minding my manners with you! Come and meet me today!

My name is Luna and I have never met an activity I did not like! If you love exercise and keeping active, then we will be fast friends. I will go for a run in the morning, a hike in the afternoon, play fetch in the evening, and unwind with some play at home before bed - and I would love nothing more than to have someone who can keep up with me. It is important that I have an outlet for my boundless energy, so let us get together and explore the outdoors! It would be super awesome if I had a job or fun activity, like agility. The shelter is recommending that any kids in the home be over the age of 5 years due to some fearful and jumpy/mouthy behaviors.

My name is Annie and I came to the shelter with my friend, Artie. We would love to find a home together, but it is not required. Though, I will need to go to a home that has another social dog in it. I can be fearful and having another dog around builds my confidence. The shelter is also recommending that any kids in the home be over the age of 5 years. I am really happiest being where my people are. I would love nothing more than the curl up on your lap or trot along with you on walks. If you are seeking a relaxed and easy-going friend to keep you company through your life, then I am the dog for you! Through thick and thin, I will be by your side

Hey all! My name is Ritter. I'm a handsome older fella looking for a new home to call my own. I've still got plenty of pep left in me and love to play and enjoy sniffing every scent I can find on walks. If you've got a cozy retirement home ready for me, I'm ready to cozy up to you for some rear end scritches! I need a home where any kids are 5 years or older.

She has been here at the shelter for a while so the volunteers and staff could build her confidence. While she is a gorgeous girl, she is quite shy and unsure about the world in new situation. It takes her time to trust new people but when she does she is very playful and goofy. Tootsie needs a home with kids over 12 who will be patient with her and use positive training methods. She has been around other dogs and does ok but can tend to be a little bossy. If your quiet home is ready for this silly girl, come meet her today.
