"DAWG" a very good little dog!

ADOPTED!

Available for Adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!

here's my Mcas weblink

Hi my name is Dawg, feel free to change that name. I ended up here after being re-homed. Unfortunately I was not fond of one of my new dog family, I prefer the smaller dogs myself.
They want you to know I have good house manners, knows sit, down, stay and ride well in a car. Sometimes strangers worry me so the shelter is asking for families with children 10 years or older ask about me.
I am around 3 years old and weigh in at 13 lbs. I am a super boy and well worth it, please ask about me today

"GREYSON" like so many nice dogs - calm/excited - very sweet guy

ADOPTED!!!

Basically, Greyson is an easy going guy, who sometimes acts silly or a bit hyper - jumping up or nudging - when he is unsure. Greyson is a great dog, just looking for a stable home to settle down into.

Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!

here's  my Mcas weblink

Hello the shelter named me Greyson, so pleased to meet you. I am the not the most bubbly guy here, I really need to get to know you and feel that trust. Once I am in that safe space we can cuddle and bond some more.
I am an eager walker so a harness and maybe some refresher classes on leash walking would be a good idea. The shelter staff wants to make that easier on the pocket book by offering a half price adoption if you provide proof of pre paid classes before you pick me up. Oh I am so looking forward to settling into my new home, at around 4 years old and weighing in at 54 lbs I still have many years of love and gratitude to give.
Please ask about me today.

"CHARLA" irresistable petite young Pitmix

ADOPTED!!!

Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!

here's my Mcas weblink

Hi the shelter named me Charla, so pleased to meet you. I am a young lady looking for a smart family to help teach me the ways of a grown up dog. At only years old I don't have a lot of experience in life. New things can be scary and I definitely need more exposure to other dogs. The shelter highly recommends reward based classes to help with this goal. A steady family dog will also help me grow more confident. I weigh in at 40 lbs and am around a year old

"NAKITA" alert, curious, a bit shy Chihuahua

ADOPTED!

Available for Adoption with Multnomah County Animal Services!

here's my Mcas weblink

My name is Nakita and I am currently in foster care. If you are interested in me, please contact Alix, the Foster Coordinator, at alix.womack@multco.us or 503-988-6247 to set up a time to meet me :) I'm an adorable, sweet, three year old chihuahua. I have lived with the same family since I was a puppy; but sadly, they have lost their home and had to release me to the shelter. I am a bit shy, but once in a safe environment I begin to blossom. The shelter was too scary for me so right now I'm living in a foster home. They have learned that I'm alert, curious, active and like to play with squeaky toys. I'm potty trained and am learning how to wear a collar and leash. I love to be with my people, nestled on your lap, but I'm also content to rest in my bed or another soft place. Due to my petite size, a home with children over the age of 8 would be best for me. My previous home said that I lived with other dogs and really enjoyed their company. I am a wonderful, affectionate dog that is looking for a wonderful, affectionate home. My foster family has learned a lot about me so they can answer any questions you may have. Ask about me today!

Pikatti is a very sweet 12 year old girl looking for a place to be comfortable for the rest of her life. She is looking for a Hospice home. She is medically stable at this time, and has improved during her time at MCAS. A future adopter may want to consider pursuing x-rays and further diagnostics (TBD) with their personal vet, so treatment may be more specifically determined. Although, even without additional diagnostics, this dog may live out her days comfortably. She does have arthritis and may have neoplasia. She is currently on antibiotics. "ROSCOE" handsome young guy

ADOPTED!

Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!

here's my MCAS weblink

Hello, my name is Roscoe! I am a young dog that is looking for a new family. I arrived at the shelter because my family is unable to care for me any longer. They report that I was bottle fed as a 3 week old puppy, like to sleep under the covers, am insecure about strangers and new environments, and have limited exposure to other dogs. I would do best in a home with no small children, due to my exuberant activity level. Obedience classes are also HIGHLY recommended for me. I want to build the best bond I can with my new family and show off some new skills. Do you have room in your heart for a special guy like me? I am around a year and a half old and weigh 62 pounds

here's my MCAS weblink

Hi my name is Sheldon and I am currently in foster care. If you are interested in adopting me please call my foster mom Roxy at 503-544-5684. I'm a black and white neutered male American Pit Bull Terrier mix. I am 1 year old and a big puppy! I’m working on my basic training and already know sit and shake. I will need a home with a strong leader who will use positive reinforcement and continue my training. My new home will need to give me daily exercise and stimulation like a peanut butter filled Kong or other chew toys so I leave your things alone! The shelter is even offering discounted adoption if you come with proof of pre-paid classes. I’m not sure about other animals yet but I would prefer to have all your love to myself anyway. I am crate trained too! Call and ask about me today!
