This special chicken is "Jenny," a wonderful and exuberant 1 year old baby girl.  She comes with a background of training and even knows some tricks!

The very talented Jenny knows sit, stay, twirl, down, roll over and drop.  Jenny is house-broken and crate trained.

Jessie is a calm Lab mix, with maybe some collie type mixed in?
She has a slender pretty face, and a not so slender body.

Jessie is a quiet and loving dog, and a staff and volunteer favorite!

Jessie became quite plump in her previous home, and she's looking for an exercise partner to help her get in shape....she loves to eat, and so it's important to regulate her food intake....

Jessie loves to spend time exploring new smells and likes to visit new places. She can still kick her heels to chase a squirrel when needed!

Meet Jonah, a sweet, mellow, marshmallow of a fella.  Jonah is great with other dogs, even cats!  Jonah has stupendous house manners, plays politely with other dogs, respects dog-saavy cats, and is all-around an amazing dog.

MCAS's second annual "Pitties In Pink" Parade!

Once again, dedicated volunteers of Multnomah County Animal Shelter redefined the term "bring it" with their second annual season of "PItties in PInk" in last weekend's Troutdale Summerfest Parade!

Most of the pitbulls that took part are available for adoption at MCAS!
